some basic information about shipping

Producing prints, canvases, mat boards and frames in many different sizes, means the logistics for all of these variations get pretty complex.
So for now I/we only ship Mat Boards, Frames, Canvas Stretches and Canvas Frames to Australia and New Zealand.

You can still order any of the prints on paper or canvas, which I ship almost anywhere in the world.

I can ship Mat Boards, Frames, Canvas Stretches and Canvas Frames to other countries, however, costs can be prohibitive and it’s probably more cost-effective for you to stretch or frame your selected pieces in your own country. It’s entirely up to you.

If you do decide to have me stretch or frame your chosen artwork, please add details of your request in the comments box at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate you. At this stage of the purchase process it’s probably best to order the print only option, remove any Mat oards, Frames or Stretches from your order to avaoid delays in refunding you for these items.

Shipping Times

Unlike Amazon, eBay and the like, where you are purchasing one of thousands of the same product, I sell unique and individual pieces of artwork, made-to-order.

Generally I try to expedite your print working 5-10 working days.
Then it’s up to the shipping/courier companies times and logistics to determine an actual delivery date.

I will endeavour to keep you up-to-date on expected delivery times, but again, it’s all in the hands of the couriers once it leaves me.
